Welcome to Fanteasy. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or accessing any part of Fanteasy, you agree to strictly adhere to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Community Guidelines. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Fanteasy. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement and to abide by all of the terms and conditions set forth herein.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Fanteasy is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your password.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you post on Fanteasy. However, by posting content, you grant Fanteasy a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, distribute, and display your content in connection with the service. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to post your content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Posting illegal content or content involving minors.
• Harassing, bullying, or threatening other users.
• Using the platform for money laundering or fraud.
• Attempting to interfere with the proper functioning of the service (e.g., distributing viruses, denial of service attacks).

6. Payments and Fees

Fanteasy facilitates payments between Fans and Creators. We charge a platform fee on transactions to cover operating costs. All fees are clearly disclosed at the time of transaction. Payments to Creators are subject to our Payout Policy.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason in our sole discretion.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Fanteasy is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
