KYC & AML Policy

Fanteasy is a strictly 18+ platform compliant with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 record-keeping requirements. We enforce rigorous identity and age verification for all content creators to ensure a safe and legal environment.

1. Title 18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance

Fanteasy maintains records as required by Title 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and § 2257A. All models appearing on this site have consented to the display of their content and have been verified to be at least 18 years of age at the time of production.

2. Mandatory Age Verification

Before any user can broadcast or upload content, they must complete a comprehensive identity verification process. This includes:

• Submission of a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID.
• A real-time biometric selfie to verify specifically that the person submitting the ID is the same person.
• Wait period for manual or automated approval by our compliance team.

3. Zero Tolerance for Minors

We have a zero-tolerance policy regarding minors. Any content suspected of involving minors will be immediately removed, the account banned, and the details reported to the NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children) and relevant law enforcement agencies.

4. Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

To prevent financial crimes, we monitor transaction patterns and screen users against global sanctions lists. We reserve the right to request additional proof of funds or identity from any user (Fan or Creator) at any time.

5. Continuous Monitoring

Verification is not a one-time event. We continuously monitor creator activity and may require re-verification if we detect suspicious login patterns or changes in account behavior.
